It can of course happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps you do not like the product after all, or perhaps there is another reason why you do not want the order. No problem! Whatever the reason, you can always cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.

You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. Nevertheless, we ask you to do so as soon as possible. You will then be credited for the full order amount excluding shipping costs. So only the costs of returning the product to us are for your own account. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product to us with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original state and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at We will then refund the order amount within 14 days of notification, provided the product has been received back in good order.

In case the product is damaged, or the packaging is more damaged than necessary, we may charge you for the depreciation of the product. Please treat the product with care and make sure it is well-packaged when returning it.

Always make sure that your details (Name + Order number) are clearly present in the package. Otherwise we cannot process the return.

Can I return it?

You can always return the product. However, we cannot (fully) credit the purchase amount in the following cases:

Items received by you more than 14 days ago.
Hygienic articles with broken seals. These cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene. This will be determined by our customer service on a case-by-case basis.
Only unused and undamaged items can be returned.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.




At you always have at least the legal guarantee on the products ordered by you.

Claiming the warranty

To claim the warranty, please contact our customer service. Our customer service will provide you with all necessary information and instructions. We request that you do not simply return a product without notification.

Defect on arrival?

If any of the products you ordered are damaged or defective upon arrival, will replace these products free of charge. We ask you to report defective, damaged or wrongly delivered items to us in advance - by phone or e-mail - with an explanation and photos. Please do not return any products without first consulting us.
